Nox-Crete Bio-Clean Concentrate is a powerful, water-dilutable, solvent-based concrete stripper that deeply penetrates concrete floor and wall surfaces to safely and effectively remove most curing compounds, tilt-up bondbreakers, paints and coatings. Bio-Clean Concentrate meets all federal and state VOC requirements. This product is consumer-products compliant and complies with VOC regulations. Bio-Clean Concentrate must be diluted to a minimum of 2:1 (2 parts Bio-Clean Concentrate to 1 part water).
