Hill and Griffith Grifcote K-28 is a proprietary blend of organic materials specifically designed for the construction and precast-concrete industries. As a reactive material, it promotes clean-and-easy separation from all types of forms while deterring build-up and sticking.

The reactive portion of Grifcote K-28 creates a metallic soap that reduces bonding/adhesion while promoting quick and clean stripping. The reactive organic compounds provide maximum performance to all types of forms.

Grifcote K-28 is non-staining and works well with white, gray or colored concrete. Bugholes are minimized.
