Return and Refund Policy



Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions on our products or your order, please contact us via phone, e-mail or live chat. Our hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
 


Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return products from the date you received them.

To be eligible for a return:
  • Your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your merchandise must be in the original packaging, complete with all instructions and accessories.
  • Your merchandise must be accompanied with a proof of purchase, marked with the Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) provided to you by Kuhlman Customer Service.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds/Exchanges
Once we receive your merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your charge card or Kuhlman charge account. If by charge card, you will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you decide to exchange your item(s) for others of a higher value, we may be able to apply the amount of your refund to your exchange.

Please note that Special Orders or Non-Stock items may not be returnable or subject to a restocking fee. The same applies to merchandise returned in an open box, in a badly damaged box, or without the original box it came in. It also applies if the merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories.

Damages While in Transit
We take great care to have delivered goods counted and packed well prior to shipment. Upon delivery of any package, please make a careful examination for damaged or missing items and make an appropriate notation on the Carrier's receipt. Please note that by giving the Carrier a signed receipt accepting the goods without notation of damage or shortage, you assume responsibility for the condition of the packaged items. Damages and shortages must be noted, along with your signature. In order to receive a refund or exchange for damaged or missing items, you must contact Kuhlman Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt.
