Solmax 500X is a woven polypropylene geotextile containing heavy woven flat-tape yarns. These characteristics make Solmax 500X ideal for the construction of embankments over soft soils, steepened slopes, and retaining walls. The geotextile is resistant to ultraviolet degradation and to biological and chemical environments normally found in soils. Woven monofilament geotextiles are resistant to biological clogging, making them ideal for landfill leachate collection systems and filtration beneath hard-armor systems.
